RVN Participation Structure and Collateral Staking
RVN adopts an open operational structure in which anyone can participate in the KONET Network in a permissionless manner. This structure is designed so that the network does not rely on a limited number of intermediaries or operators, but instead allows diverse operators to form parallel processing pipelines and enables natural scalability.
The RVN participation structure provides the following advantages:
Horizontal scalability of processing pipelines As the number of RVNs increases, the number of parallel pipelines capable of handling incoming transactions also increases, naturally improving the overall processing capacity and decentralization of the network.
Improved stability through path diversification By distributing transaction ingress across multiple RVN pipelines rather than relying on a single route, the impact of temporary delays or bottlenecks in any specific path on overall system performance is minimized.
Natural traffic distribution based on operational quality Applications and clients can select RVNs based on observable performance characteristics such as latency, response speed, and stability. As a result, network traffic is naturally distributed toward more stable and efficient pipelines.
Ecosystem scalability through open participation Because RVN operation is not monopolized by specific entities and remains open, the structure allows various infrastructure providers, partners, and community participants to contribute to network expansion.
This RVN participation structure functions as a core element that enables the KONET Network to achieve both high throughput and path diversification, without relying on centralized gateways or a single relay layer.
