RVN Processing Capacity and Pipeline Quality Model
For this purpose, the following Operational Quality Score (OQS) is defined for each RVN:
OQS=α⋅T+β⋅A+γ⋅(1−D)
T: Throughput, defined as the volume of successfully delivered transactions per unit time
A: Pipeline availability over a recent interval (Availability, range 0–1)
D: Drop or abnormal termination rate (Drop/Error Rate, range 0–1)
α, β, γ: Weighting coefficients
