# Network Stability Reserve

The KONET Network maintains a shared stabilization reserve, referred to as the Network Stability
\
Reserve, to support operational stability in preparation for unexpected traffic surges, delays, or
\
temporary abnormal states at the protocol level.

\
This reserve is not intended to adjust or compensate for the outcomes of specific users or individual
\
transactions. Instead, it is utilized to maintain network-level operational quality for the following
\
purposes:\\

* Buffering of execution pipelines during periods of network congestion
* Ensuring transition stability during protocol upgrades or parameter adjustment processes
* Supporting a gradual recovery from temporary abnormal states back to normal operation

\
Through this structure, KONET is equipped with a buffering layer that enables the overall processing
\
characteristics of the network to be maintained smoothly, despite changes in external conditions
\
or internal state fluctuations.
