# Settlement failure Handling Procedure

The KONET Network is designed under the assumption that, during transaction processing, certain transactions may exceed the expected processing time window or deviate from the execution pipeline.&#x20;

### Identify through which RVN pipeline the relevant transaction flow was introduced.

### Re-evaluate the recent processing latency, drop rate, and pipeline stability metrics of the corresponding RVN.&#x20;

### If the same type of transaction flow is repeatedly observed, the processing weight assigned to that RVN is gradually adjusted.

### The overall execution pipeline is naturally rebalanced toward more stable paths.&#x20;

Through this structure, KONET guides the system toward continuously improving the quality distribution of the overall execution pipelines, regardless of the success or failure of individual transactions.
